I make marketing happen
turning marketing into culture inside organizations.
Most companies have a marketing function.
Few have a marketing culture.
I help organizations close that gap, transforming marketing from a support function into a shared organizational capability that aligns people, connects strategy, and creates customer value.

I help organizations make marketing work from the inside.
Not just as a function, but as something people across the organization can understand, contribute to, and align around.
I’m Nadia Panato, a marketing leader working inside organizations to make marketing more connected, shared, and effective.
I currently work as Marketing Manager at Zamperla, leading global marketing and communication across international markets.
Most of my work happens where marketing meets reality, across teams, business units, and organizational dynamics.
When marketing stays at the edge of the organization
In many organizations, marketing enters the room after decisions have already been made. Products defined. Sales strategy set. Budgets allocated.
What follows is predictable: a function focused on visibility rather than understanding. Communication without shared direction. Customer-centricity as a value stated in presentations and ignored in practice.
The problem is rarely the marketing team. It is the absence of a marketing culture across the organization.
Creating real value for customers is not the responsibility of one department. It requires shared vision, a common language, and the organizational will to actually listen... not just to claim that you do.
"Marketing is just communications support for the sales team."
The strategic role of marketing is invisible to the rest of the organization.
"We say we are customer-centric. But nobody talks to customers."
Voice of the Customer exists on paper. It does not exist in decision-making.
"The board sees marketing as a cost, not an investment."
Marketing has not learned to speak the language of business outcomes.
"We have a marketing plan. We just can't get anyone else to follow it."
Marketing lacks the internal authority and language to drive alignment.
"Sales and marketing are always in conflict."
Two functions with different incentives and no shared framework for collaboration.
"We hired a marketing manager but nothing has changed."
Individual capability without organizational conditions cannot produce transformation.
This is the space where I work most often
Helping organizations rethink the role of marketing across strategy, collaboration, and customer value.
How I can help
Real organizational change rarely happens in isolation.
It happens when marketing becomes more connected to strategy, collaboration, and customer value across the business.
This is where I focus most of my work.
Strategic Advisory
Supporting leadership teams and organizations that want to rethink the role of marketing beyond communication, making it more connected to business strategy, governance, and customer value.
Cross-functional Facilitation
Helping marketing, sales, leadership, and business units work with greater alignment through shared conversations, processes, and organizational collaboration.
Keynotes & Guest Lectures
Speaking about marketing transformation, customer-centric culture, and the evolving role of marketing inside organizations through practical experiences and real organizational complexity.
Mentorship for Marketing Leaders
Supporting marketers navigating organizational complexity, cross-functional dynamics, and the transition from operational execution to more strategic leadership roles.
My work is less about adding more marketing activities, and more about helping organizations create clarity, alignment, and shared direction around customer value.
The goal is not simply to “do marketing better”, but to make marketing more connected, understood, and actionable.
Most of this work happens quietly: through conversations, processes, and small shifts in how people collaborate.

Strategic marketing is not what you think
It’s not just about plans. It’s about helping organizations answer the right questions and turn them into decisions and direction.
Market the Marketing Team: how to make your story work for you
Marketing is often perceived as a support function. A cost. The team that “makes things look nice.” Not because the work lacks value, but because the value is not translated.
